Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because every piece has already had one life, I like to give the packaging a second one too — your order will arrive wrapped using reused or recycled materials wherever I can.

Returns

As these are secondhand and vintage pieces, each one is genuinely one-of-a-kind — which means I'm not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or it not being quite what you expected. I describe every item as honestly as I can, including any flaws, and provide measurements so you can check fit against the Size Guide before buying.

If something arrives significantly different from its description, or damaged in transit, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and I'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement (where possible), a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the issue.
